Returns or Refunds

Quality is our highest priority, however, things could go wrong by the manufacturer, storage or transportation. 

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please be aware that by law we are not required to offer you a refund if you change your mind on a purchase or incorrectly make a purchase, but we will do our best to keep you satisfied.

To make a claim, you need to return all damage / faulty products, supply us with the proof of purchase with 14 days. After we receive the return items, we will either replacement or refund back to you with 14 business days.

No replacement or refund on any sale / discounted items.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to DX Packaging’s website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
